1. Service Description

NoSiteLeads is a data scanning service that identifies local businesses appearing in Google Places which do not have visible websites. We deliver this data as CSV files for business development purposes.

2. Payment & Delivery

All payments are processed through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, we run the scan and deliver the CSV to your email within 5 minutes. Delivery times may vary based on scan complexity.

3. Data Accuracy

Data comes from Google Places API and is checked at scan time. Business information changes constantly. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currentness. Verify all data before outreach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and all applicable laws when using lead data. NoSiteLeads is not responsible for how you contact businesses.

5. Refunds

If a scan fails due to technical error and cannot be re-run, contact admin@nositeleads.com for a refund.
